Welcome to Serendipity Baby Names, a mobile application that helps parents discover meaningful baby names based on astrological and numerological insights.
By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Service Description
We provide two types of services:

Some features require in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play.
All purchases are final. Refunds must be requested directly through the respective platform.
3. No Account Required
You do not need to create an account. Information is submitted per use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is the property of Serendipity Baby Names.
However, non-commercial sharing or redistribution is permitted, provided that proper credit is given to "Serendipity Baby Names."
5. Use of AI & Third-Party Services
Our app uses AI technology from OpenAI to generate name suggestions and reviews.
We do not send personally identifying information to OpenAI.
As a result, the data shared with OpenAI is not sufficient to identify any user on its own. All AI processing is done securely through encrypted API requests.

All recommendations are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about name accuracy, suitability, or future outcomes.
7. Modifications
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
