If you didn't get it:

• Make sure your email was entered correctly

If you skipped the email step, we can't re-send your results.

But if you did enter your email and still haven't received anything, email us at support@serendipitybabynames.com with:
• The date of your purchase
• The email address you entered
• Parent/baby info you used

We'll send your results again.

Go to Menu > Purchase History to view your unlocked results anytime.

If you didn't provide an email and have deleted the app, we may not be able to restore your results.

• Name Suggestions: Get a list of 10 baby names chosen for your family based on astrology and numerology.
• Name Review: Enter your own name ideas and receive detailed compatibility insights for each one.

• For Name Suggestions, you can preview one suggested name (name hidden, partial explanation shown).
• For Name Review, you can see a sample of what a full reviews looks like.

You can go back and edit your info before making a purchase.

After purchase, results are based on the info you submitted and can't be changed or regenerated.

All in-app purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow their policies.

However, for the same child, we only provide one set of suggestions per family.
This helps ensure the results stay consistent with the original astrological and numerological inputs.
